SHRED ALERT offers many services that can be customized to meet your needs. Whether you choose the SCHEDULED pickup service or the as-needed PURGE service, SHRED ALERT is ready to assist in your document destruction needs.
Scheduled Pick-up Service
- We will install the security container of your choice.
- We respond to your location, remove your sensitive documents in a safe and secure manner.
- Your documents are transported to our on-site document destruction vehicle, or to our secure Horry County facility.
- We issue you our "Document Destruction Certificate" with our "Confidentiality Agreement", further guaranteeing your peace of mind.
- Finally, your documents are thoroughly destroyed and then baled for recycling by a paper mill.
- This service available on a weekly, or 4, 6, or 8 week schedule basis.
Security Containers
Our locking security containers are provided free to all monthly accounts. These containers are equipped with a paper slot and one-way chute. Only you and our security officer will have access, assuring you complete document security. If your need is not as frequent, then maybe our annual purge service would fit your requirement.
Large Record Purges
Even if an office shredder could keep up with the large volume of daily shredding, which it cannot, what happens when you have to destroy more records than normal? If you are cleaning out old records from storage, or someone just cleans out their office files, the slightest surge in material will create a nightmare for employees armed only with a small office shredder.
Hard Drive Destruction
Our Hard Disk Drive destruction equipment will provide total platter disk destruction, which is the only way to completely and permanently disable and destroy all of the embedded information on the device.
